On 15th August 2024, North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust were invited to attend a local residents meeting where a number of issues were raised pertaining to the Practice. Below is NSCHT’s official response:
We would like to thank you for inviting us to attend and participate in your meeting regarding Holmcroft Surgery. We are concerned about the issues raised and, as an organisation, we take all matters of this nature seriously.
The experiences that we heard yesterday do not meet the standards we strive to maintain at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. We are disappointed to hear that patients of Holmcroft have had negative experiences with the practice, leaving them feeling worried and upset about the level of care they are receiving.
It has always been important to us to hear from patients of our services. We believe that this is the best way to learn and improve things for the benefit of the communities we serve.
We would like to reassure you that we will take the appropriate action to investigate all matters raised and will come back to you with plans of what steps we will take.
